Try this:<\/p>\n

Go to > Start Menu > Control Panel >\u00a0 Administrative Tools > Services
\nLook down the list for Windows Live ID Sign In Assistant
\nRight Click > PropertiesGeneral Tab > Startup Type > Automatic
\nService Status > Start<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
